I may owe you an apology.

If you’ve seen me in the office lately, you’d understand that my office hours and time with each patient have become pretty limited. I strive to give people the best care I possibly can, and refuse to leave those rooms until I feel I’ve done that, for each patient, each time. Hence, why I always seem to be running a little behind. :\

If you’ve fallen victim to this I apologize. Please understand I respect your time, and I hate to keep people waiting, but most people understand that because I treat everyone this way (including the person waiting), it tends to take longer from time to time. But, you can expect to get all of me once I arrive. :)

It isn’t easy to anticipate what kind of room you’re walking into it could be;

  • A simple 30-something in for a fast easy maintenance adjustment

  • A first-timer that is desperate, but terrified, and I have to take my time to make them feel comfortable.

  • It could be a distraught grandmother that just took a fall and is still dizzy, confused, and in pain all over,

  • It could be a DIY weekend warrior that just tweaked his back in his garage, can’t walk, and is starting to lose feeling in his legs.

  • Numerous other options that require varying amounts of time (as I said in a previous email, I’ve seen a lot of stuff.)

My days are ALWAYS interesting, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. After 8 years I’ve realized if I don’t deliver the very best care I can, in each room, each time… it makes it hard for me to move from patient to patient and not beat myself up about it. So I’ve decided to take some of the value I can deliver to people, package it up, and shift it ONLINE. So, if I haven't seen you in the office recently, or I've never met you at all... Please, allow me to (re)introduce myself.

I know you’re probably like “You're a chiropractor, how the heck are you going to adjust people through the internet, Doc?” I agree chiropractic is kind of a hands-on-brick-and-mortar kind of thing, however, it’s not just that. I would estimate that the physical adjustments I deliver to patients are only a small fraction of what helps them get well and achieve their goals.

Matter of fact, there are tons of things that can be done to help patients without requiring my physical presence. Those things include optimizing what I’ve dubbed the Elementz of Health. Things like exercise/mobility coaching, detailed nutritional guidance, posture-improving, injury prevention/correction-minded workout programming, holistic lifestyle coaching, recovery/stress-relief protocols, practitioner triage (so you don’t chase your tail trying to find answers for weeks), its endless the ways I’ve discovered I can help people without having to see them.

Don’t get me wrong, I love seeing my patients. I’ve developed some incredible relationships with many of them over the years. But, if you love someone you tell them the truth, and the truth is, often times an adjustment is way down on the priority list when it comes to getting them to their desired outcome.

Below are a few of the services that I will be opening up throughout 2023. These services are online coaching/consulting, and are not considered “health care”, so insurance will not apply, they will be low cash fees (as low as I can justify my time, for now). However, I can promise they will ALL be packed with value, and I’ve designed them to SAVE you time, energy, and money in the long run.

I hope you’ll check them out if you see fit!

See ya then.

The *Pre* Chiro Consultation - Let's Chat!

Complementary Detailed Video Consult

(Zoom, Skype, Google Meet - Interview) - 30 min

So you’re thinking about seeing us, or another Chiropractor, PT, or manual therapist, but have questions and/or reservations? This call is meant to help you work through them, triage your situation, and get you pointed in a more efficient direction. After a quick history of your situation, I should be able to point you in the most effective, and efficient direction. So often I see someone chasing specialist after specialist, getting the run-around with minimal results. I take pride in getting people where they need to be as quickly as possible. I promise this is not a sales pitch for chiropractic or our office’s services, we’re busy enough, if I can save you some time and effort, it’ll be a total win and worth the call. Time is limited with this call, but if time (and the situation, of course) permits, I can give you some at-home management strategies to potentially help your situation. Price if approved: $47
